Shipping & Delivery

All Decals are protected in cardboard and, depending on the size and quantity, shipped through standard post or international air mail small packages. Shipping is usually done within 24 to 48 hours after the purchase. Delivery time is 5 to 7 business days for Canada and US and can go up to 14 business days Worldwide. Depending on the shipping method a tracking number may be provided. No tracking is possible when the item is shipped through standard post. If you want a specific shipping method please contact us before making your purchase.

Returns & Replacements

Decals will be replaced only if a mistake is made by DecalsBay.com or if the decal is damaged during the shipping. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the item corresponds to his need and to review the order before making the payment. If you are not absolutely certain about your order do not hesitate to contact us.

Applying vinyl decals

Your decal consists of 3 layers when you remove it from the package.

1. White backing
2. The decal
3. Clear "transfer tape"

To apply your decal:

1. IMPORTANT: Start by cleaning the surface where you want to apply the decal with a window cleaner.

2. Carefully/slowly peel the clear layer away from the white layer. The decal itself should remain stuck to the clear layer. If the decal sticks to the white layer, put the clear layer back down and use a flat object like a credit card to rub over the entire decal with a good amount of pressure. This will help the decal stick to the clear layer.

3. Carefully apply the decal where you want it. An easy way for small decals is to hold them at each end (tightly) and place them down flat. You could also place one end on the surface, and hold the other end tight while you run the edge of your hand along the decal, pressing it down as you go. Using one of these 2 methods will help you eliminate most air bubbles.

4. Rub the decal down with a good amount of pressure.

5. Carefully peel off the clear layer. Just the decal will remain on the surface!

Note: Don't worry about the bubbles, they will eventually disappear.
